SJB has owned and operated a concession stand at Road America since 1955, the same year the track opened.
Race Dates
We need YOUR help in running our concession stand for the dates listed below. Shifts are short - 4 hours. Stay after your shift to enjoy a race! Bring your bike or just enjoy a walk around the paths circling the 4 mile track while you take in the excitement of the race and atmosphere. "Volunteer Links"below are associated with specific races. Our Stand
Located in the heart of the track, “the paddock,” our stand is famous for good food and better service. From our humble beginning of a tent, ice buckets full of soda, and brats and corn on the grill, we now boast one of the best equipped stands at the track, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from an extensive menu with something for everyone. Our custom build, vented grill accommodates six dozen brats and four dozen burgers at one time! Visit the Road America website for additional information. View our menu.
How Can I HELP?
All it takes is four hours and it is worth so much more. We’ll have sign-up sheet in the bulletin or email rastand@sjbplymouth.org call the parish office at 892-4006. It’s fun! Be a part of a SJB tradition! Please consider volunteering.
