Safeguarding All of God's Family

Safeguarding NewslettersView current and past issues of the "Safeguarding All of God's Family" newsletter which answers frequently asked questions regarding safe environment education. For additional information on this program, visit the Archdiocese of Milwaukee web site. Winter 2009 Newsletter 2010 Safeguarding Training September 13 (Monday) 6-9 pm Who is required to attend one of these sessions?All paid personnel, whether employed in areas of ministry or other kinds of services provided by the Archdiocese, its parishes, schools or other agencies. With regard to volunteers, the program requires that anyone who enters into ministry (service), which involves contact with children and young people, participate in the program. As of September 2008, volunteer background checks and training must be completed before beginning volunteer service. Important NoticeAll participants must arrive on time and stay for the entire session. Latecomers will not be admitted and those who leave early will not receive credit for attendance. Safe Environment Education sessions are not appropriate for those under the age of 18 and out of High School. Please do not bring your underage children unless the location specifies that child care is provided. Program Requirements
CancellationsIf you need to cancel your attendance at a session you will need to log back into the registration page with your User ID and Password and click on Cancel Registration. This will remove your name from the session list
