Registration - Safeguarding All of God's Family
You can register online for Safeguarding All of God's Family training by following these simple steps listed below. This registration process will only work for registering an individual user/registrant. If you need to enter multiple registrants, please contact Lisa Schoneman at (920) 892-4006 (parish office). Please list the required information AND your “PARISH & SCHOOL AFFILIATION” as St. John the Baptist-Plymouth (J08) when prompted in the registration system. Follow the steps below to register for the January 11, 2011, St. John the Baptist session.
Important Notice
All participants must arrive on time and stay for the entire session. Latecomers will not be admitted and those who leave early will not receive credit for attendance. Safe Environment Education sessions are not appropriate for those under the age of 18 and out of high school. Please do not bring your underage children unless the location specifies that child care is provided.
Program Requirements
- Participation in a 3-hour training/awareness session
- Code of Ethical Standards (read and sign)
- Mandatory Reporting Statement (read and sign)
- SJB confidentiality agreement (read and sign)
- Pass the national and Wisconsin state criminal background check
