To schedule your photo session online, simply click here. Or, if you prefer, call the SJB office and one of the office staff will schedule your appointment for you.
Volunteer: Calling Committee
While scheduling photo sessions online is quite easy, some parishioners may not be comfortable with or able to register online. As a Calling Committee volunteer, you will schedule their appointments for them while they are on the phone with you. Each volunteer will have approximately 20 families to call. This can be done from home at your convenience beginning Wednesday, February 23. We'd like to have all the calls completed by Saturday, March 5. Volunteer: Host and Hostess Opportunities
As a Host or Hostess, you will welcome families as they come in for their photo session. You will also be coordinating the paperwork and confirming that all the information is correct. In addition, you are there to help make people feel comfortable, answer any questions and direct families where to go. All photography sessions will be held in the PAC (in the school across from the gym.) The volunteer sessions are broken down into approximately two hour shifts, with two hosts/hostesses per shift. Photo sessions are scheduled for March, April and May. There are still plenty of host and hostess volunteer opportunities in April and May. Click here to volunteer.
